Lee A. Green, M.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Green is a Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Green is a family physician with 20
years of practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan, providing the full range of family practice
including obstetrics and minor outpatient surgery. He is a graduate of the University of
Michigan Medical School, where he is now a professor, and received his MPH from the UM School of
Public Health. His research work is in medical decision making and quality improvement in primary

was developed, for more than five years in his own practice with excellent results.
