Physician Hospital Organization Adopts Cielo Clinic^TM for Patient-Centered Medical Home

IPIP (Improving Performance in Practice) program is key motivation behind Mercy~ Physician Community PHO's selection of Cielo Clinic^TM software-as-a-service

Ann Arbor, MI (April 7, 2009) - Cielo MedSolutions LLC, a provider of healthcare software and web applications, continued strong new-customer momentum with the announcement today that Mercy~ Physician Community PHO has licensed the company's Cielo Clinic^TM software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering.

The Cielo Clinic product is designed to improve efficiency, increase revenue and optimize quality in primary care medicine. Customers subscribe to the web-based application on an annual subscription-fee basis, with total product costs based on the number of clinicians at a site who are using the clinical quality management software.

"We were looking for an Internet-based registry system that would enable us to track all chronic diseases for all our patients," noted Marianna Webb, M~PC PHO's Executive Director. "After reviewing the available commercial offerings, we concluded that Cielo Clinic equipped us with the best tool for chronic disease management and wellness screenings, as well as for extracting useful centralized reports across multiple practices."
