基于系統效率最優的兩擋AMT經濟性換擋規律研究

摘要:為了發揮兩擋機械自動變速器(AMT)在提高純電動汽車經濟性方面的優勢,進行了兩擋變速器效率的理論建模。在此基礎上,綜合考慮動力電池充放電效率、電動機/發電機效率以及兩擋變速器的效率,以動力傳動系統效率最優為目標,分別在驅動工況和再生制動工況下確定了兩擋AMT的最佳經濟性換擋規律。并在MATLAB/Simulink平臺上,建立純電動汽車前向系統仿真模型,分別在不同加減速工況和UDDS城市循環工況下對所提出的經濟性換擋規律進行仿真。結果表明,與傳統的基于電機效率最優的換擋控制規律相比,本文提出的換擋控制規律明顯提高了整車系統效率,能較好地提高整車的能耗經濟性。

Economic Shift Rule for Two-speed AMT Based on the Optimal System Efficiency
Abstract:In order to exert the advantages of two gear mechanical automatic transmission (AMT) in improving the economical efficiency of the pure electric vehicle, the theoretical modeling of the two gear transmission efficiency is carried out. Based on this, considering the battery charge and discharge efficiency, the motor/generator efficiency and two-speed transmission efficiency, identified optimal economy shift rule of the two-speed AMT under the driving condition and regenerative braking condition. On the MATLAB/Simulink platform, the simulation model of pure electric vehicle is established. The economic shift schedule is simulated under different acceleration and deceleration conditions and UDDS urban cycle. The results show that compared with the traditional optimal shift rule based on the optimal efficiency of the motor, The shift rule proposed in this paper can obviously improve the efficiency of the whole vehicle system, and it can improve the energy consumption of the vehicle.
