鋰離子電池負極容量衰減仿真

摘要:鋰離子電池在循環過程中,負極會發生消耗電池中活性鋰的副反應,而產生容量衰減。本文建立了以NCM111與石墨為正負極的鋰離子電池負極容量衰減模型,采用 COMSOLMuliphysics多物理場軟件仿真了負極顆粒粒徑在10~38μm范圍的電池容量衰減行為,分析了電池在多次循環后的容量變化,負極發生副反應類型與反應速率。研究結果對負極材料顆粒粒徑的設計具有一定參考價值。

Simulation of Anode Capacity Fade in Lithium-Ion Battery
Abstract:During the cycle of lithium-ion battery, the anode electrode will consume the active lithium in the battery, resulting in capacity fade. In this paper, a one-dimensional electrochemical anode capacity fade model was established with NCM111 and graphite as cathode and anode materials. COMSOL Muliphysics multi-physics software was used to simulate the capacity fade behavior of the battery when the anode particle radiuswas from 10 um to 38 μm, and the capacity change of the battery after multiple cycles was analyzed. Type and rate of side reaction in anode electrode. The results have some reference value for particle radius design of anode material.
