摘要:零熱膨脹(ZTE)材料一種稀有的具有隨溫度變化體積近乎不變特點的特殊材料,其對于精密儀器的尺寸穩定性具有重要意義。最近,我們發現一種新型的寬溫區ZTE材料FeMoVO7,其在123 - 473 K溫區內,c軸軸向為負熱膨脹,ac = -3.98 × 10-6 K-1,在123 - 373 K的溫區內,體積為ZTE,av=1.81 × 10-6 K-1。通過X射線衍射與拉曼光譜的綜合分析,確定57.67 cm-1與195.73 cm-1拉曼頻移對應的兩種振動模式主導了c軸的NTE,FeMoVO7的ZTE源于低頻聲子產生的晶格收縮與非諧作用產生的晶格膨脹的共同作用的結果。

A new zero thermal expansion materials FeMoVO7
Abstract:Zero thermal expansion (ZTE) material is a rare special material with almost constant volume when temperature changes, which is of great significance for the dimensional stability of precision instruments. Recently, we have discovered a novel wide temperature range ZTE material FeMoVO7, which exhibits negative thermal expansion along the c-axis in the temperature range of 123-473 K, ac=-3.98 × 10-6 K-1, and exhibits volumetric ZTE in the temperature range of 123-373 K, av=1.81 × 10-6 K-1。 Through comprehensive analysis of X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy, it was determined that the two vibration modes corresponding to the Raman frequency shifts of 57.67 cm-1 and 195.73 cm-1 dominate the NTE of the c-axis. And the ZTE of FeMoVO7 originates from the combined effect of lattice contraction generated by low-frequency phonons and lattice expansion generated by anharmonic interactions.
