煙草NtTGA4a 轉錄因子在煙草抗煙草黑脛病中的功能研究

摘要:由寄生疫霉(Phytophthora parasitica)引發的煙草黑脛病是煙草種植領域的難題,每年給我國煙草產業帶來巨大的經濟損失。鑒定煙草黑脛病抗病基因,提高煙草對煙草疫霉的抗性能力,對于培育煙草黑脛病抗病新品種,防治煙草黑脛病害具有重要意義,是解決煙草黑脛病病害的根本途徑。但是當前對煙草黑脛病抗病機理研究較少,亟待深入解析煙草響應煙草黑脛病的分子機理,為培育對煙草黑脛病有優良抗性的作物品種提供理論基礎。TGAs(TGACG motif-binding factor)轉錄因子屬于bZIP轉錄因子家族D亞族,該亞族成員主要參與植物防御病害及生長發育過程。在植物免疫應答中,TGAs轉錄因子通過調節植物免疫相關靶基因的轉錄從而幫助植物抵御病害。本文初步研究發現煙草NtTGA4a在調控煙草免疫反應中具有重要功能,該研究將為植物寄生疫霉病害的防治提供重要的理論基礎,篩選出可用于農作物基因工程改良的靶標基因,為培育煙草疫霉抗病品種提供新的分子標記,具有重要的理論意義和應用價值。

Function of NtTGA4a in tobacco against Phytophthora nicotiana
Abstract:Tobacco black shank caused by Phytophthora parasitica is a very big problem in tobacco planting, which leads great economic loss to tobacco industry every year in China. It is the fundamental way to solve tobacco black shank by breeding and cultivating phytophthora parasitica resistance varieties. However, little is known about the pathogenicity of Phytophthora parasitica and the mechanism of tobacco resistance to Phytophthora nicotiana.Revealing the underlying molecular mechanism of tobacco resistance to Phytophthora nicotiana may provide an important theoretical basis for breeding tobacco black shank resistance varieties. TGA (TGACG motif-binding factor) transcription factor belongs to subfamily D of bZIP transcription factor family. Members of this subfamily are involved defense response and growth and development in plant. In plant immune response, TGAs transcription factors help plants to resist diseases by regulating the expression of plant immune-related target genes. This preliminary study found that tobacco NtTGA4a have important roles in tobacco response to Phytophthora parasitica, and this study provided an important theoretical basis for controling tobacco black shank, and provided new molecular markers for breeding tobacco black shank resistant varieties.
