農村污水處理菌劑的復配及其對污染物的去除效果

摘要:通過在農村污水生物處理過程中投加復合菌劑,可以借助微生物協同作用,改善污染物處理效果。由于該方法具有成本低、安全可靠、簡單可行等特點,在農村地區正廣泛受到關注。本研究選用6種功能菌種,基于正交試驗設計9種復合菌劑(命名為A-1、A-2、A-3、B-1、B-2、B-3、C-1、C-2和C-3),優選復配比例和曝氣條件。結果顯示,實驗組的污染物去除效果優于對照組,且總體上隨著曝氣時間的延長,污染物去除率逐漸升高。經24 h處理,C-3(惡臭假單胞菌:枯草芽孢桿菌:地衣芽孢桿菌:解淀粉芽孢桿菌:中間蒼白桿菌:甲基營養型芽孢桿菌 = 3:1.5:1.5:1:1:0.5)對化學需氧量(COD)、總氮(TN)和氨氮(NH??-N)的去除率最高,分別為39、13和46%;在120 h后,污染物最大去除率分別達56、32和53%。綜合考慮技術和經濟兩方面因素,在接種濃度2.3×10^4cfu/mL時,C-3為最佳復合菌劑,曝氣條件為"曝氣1 h停止1 h"。

Compound of bacteria agent for rural sewage treatment and its removal effect on pollutants
Abstract:Though adding compound bacterial agent to the biological treatment for rural sewage, the removal effects of pollutants could be improved by the synergistic effect of microorganisms. With the characteristics of low-cost, safe and reliable, simple and feasible, this treatment method is attracting a lot of attention in rural area. In this study, 6 strains with special functions were selected to design 9 compound bacteria agents (named A-1, A-2, A-3, B-1, B-2, B-3, C-1, C-2 and C-3) based on orthogonal experiment, and the combination ratio and aeration condition were optimized, respectively. Results showed that the pollutant removal efficiency of the experimental group was better than that of the control and generally increased with the increasing proportion of aeration time. At 24 h, the removal rates of chemical oxygen demand (COD), total nitrogen (TN) and ammonia nitrogen (NH??-N) for C-3 (Pseudomonas putida: Bacillus subtilis: Bacillus licheniformis: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens: Ochrobactrum intermedium: Bacillus methylotrophicus at 3:1.5:1.5:1:1:0.5) were the highest among all compound bacteria agents, which were 39, 13 and 46%, respectively, while the maximum removal rates of above pollutants could reach 56, 32 and 53% after 120 h. Considering both technical and economic factors, C-3 was selected as the best compound bacterial agent. The inoculation concentration was 2.3×10^4cfu/mL, and the aeration condition was set with aeration 1 h and non-aeration 1 h.
